By train
The city of Vienna is well connected to the ÖBB and Westbahn network. From the main railway station – Südtiroler Platz, take tram line 18 in the direction of Burggasse/Stadthalle to the Urban Loritz Platz terminus. From Wien-Meidling station, take the underground line U6 in the direction of Floridsdorf to Burggasse/Stadthalle station. From Westbahnhof station, take the underground line U6 in the direction of Floridsdorf to Burggasse/Stadthalle station, or you can walk to our hotel in just 10 minutes.
From the airport
From the bus terminal at Schwechat Airport, take the VAL 1 bus to Westbahnhof (Europaplatz). From Westbahnhof, take the underground line U6 in the direction of Floridsdorf to Burggasse/Stadthalle station, or you can walk to our hotel in just 10 minutes.

Parking
Please note the parking regulations for Vienna: In the Vienna city area, there has been an almost nationwide, contiguous, chargeable short-term parking zone regulation since March 2022.
For our guests who do not need their car during their stay, we can recommend the Park & Ride car parks.
We recommend parking in the APCOA car park Lugner City. Please simply take a ticket when entering the car park and keep it with you. You can park wherever you find space (even if short-stay parking is indicated). The “arte Hotel Wien” lift gives you direct access to our lobby. Parking costs EUR 18,- for 24 hours with the exit ticket available at the reception. (Prices subject to change) With our ticket it is also possible to enter and exit the car park several times during your stay. The maximum entry height of the Lugner City car park is 1.95 metres.
