The cabaret and comedy festival, which has been organised under the artistic direction of Günther Mokesch since 2004, has been extremely successful. Sold-out performances and appearances by stars from Austria and abroad have made it a highlight of Lower Austria’s cultural autumn. Günter “MO” Mokesch has been on stage as a singer, actor and theatre director for almost 40 years. In addition to several albums in the top ten and several top five hits, he was particularly impressive as an actor in numerous musicals in the 1990s. In 2024, after a one-year break, this success will be continued with nine evenings featuring national stars and up-and-coming talents from the cabaret scene.
