The unique river landscape, the typical terraced vineyards and the fine fruity Rieslings and Grüner Veltliners make the Wachau World Heritage Site a jewel and probably the most important Austrian wine-growing region. In October, the Spitzer winegrowers invite you to the most beautiful and panoramic spots amidst the steepest wine terraces.
