“Dr Djin”

This gin is a very authentic representative of the Waldviertel region: the base is distilled from Hadmar organic beer from the Zwettler brewery, while the botanicals come from SONNENTOR with aromatic organic herbs.
With its earthy sweetness and strength, the “BB” also brings a touch of liquorice to the palate, while the tart flavour, reminiscent of gentian root, remains present right through to the finish. The combination with the white cola spruce is reminiscent of a refreshing sauna infusion 😉
Ingredients
- 4 cl BB Dschin (Haider family, Waldviertel)
- Ice cube
- Dr. Filler: White cola with spruce
- Decoration: sprig of rosemary
Glass: Bulbous red wine glass
NICE TO KNOW
Always use a good glass for drinks with fine flavours. It’s best to choose from the range of wine glasses, which Kufstein recommends from the Riedel series, of course! You’ll be surprised how much better every drink tastes from the right glass.
And please: never use a straw!
