“Hot Gin”

Probably one of the coolest HOT variants with gin! Simple and extraordinary at the same time. The Hauser family from Retz are known for their creative combinations, thanks to Hausers Hölzlmühle for this tip!
The gin is distilled from sloes and plums and is therefore perfect for the hot version with apple juice!

Ingredients

  • ¼ apple juice naturally cloudy
  • Blue gin
  • Bacon plum – decoration

Glass: Cup

Simply heat the cloudy apple juice in a pan, add a dash of blue gin before serving, fry the bacon plum briefly in a pan until crispy and place on a skewer in the cup.
It’s that easy!
