For the sake of the environment, we only change your towels if you want us to. There is a sign in each room that can be hung on the door when cleaning is required. We change your bed linen and towels automatically every 3rd day.
Yes, we are happy to provide you with irons and ironing boards on request. This service is free of charge.

No, we do not offer room service. You are welcome to visit our wine bar from Tuesday to Saturday (17:00 – 23:00).
You can check in at any time between 14:00 and 22:00. Please let us know in advance if you will be arriving after 22:00.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room by 12:00 noon.
There is a charge of €10.00 per hour, subject to availability and on request. Luggage can be stored free of charge on the day of departure. Luggage can also be stored outside your stay for €5.00 per day.
For direct bookings, free cancellation is possible until 18:00 on the day before arrival. For bookings via third-party providers, their cancellation conditions apply, which must be managed directly via the respective platform. Corporate contract partners can cancel their bookings free of charge until 18:00 on the day of arrival.

For hotel guests, the parking fee in the Kulturquartier underground car park is €15.00 per car per night. The ticket must be validated at reception on arrival and can be paid with the hotel bill. From 2025 the fee is € 18.00 per car and night. The ticket is valid until 23:59 on the day of departure and allows unlimited use during the stay.
Our garage closes the main gate from 22:00 to 07:00. During this time it is still possible to enter the car park: simply take a ticket and the gate will open automatically. There is a free choice of spaces in the underground car park.
There is an entry and exit point for tour groups directly in front of the hotel. There is a free coach park about 10 minutes’ walk away at Fischergries 26, next to the football pitch.
Unfortunately, the public car park is not suitable for motorbikes, as the entrance is controlled by a metal sensor that is not recognised by motorbikes. As an alternative, we recommend the Fischergries city car park: you will find a free car park about 10 minutes’ walk from the hotel, at Fischergries 26, by the football pitch or alternatively at the Kaiser Lift, about 25 minutes’ walk away.
