Departure
We ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 am. You are welcome to pay by VISA, V-Pay, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, EC card or in cash.
Would you like a late check-out? We can arrange this for a surcharge and subject to availability.
Arrival
Your room will be ready for you from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Pharmacy
The nearest pharmacy is the Stadtapotheke zum Tiroler Adler at Unteren Stadtplatz 1. We will be happy to provide you with information at reception about pharmacies with an emergency service at night or on public holidays.
Doctor / dentist
We are happy to provide you with information about the general practitioners and dentists in our town at reception, and BKH Kufstein is also there for you around the clock.
Bathrobe
You are welcome to borrow bathrobes and slippers from us at reception, subject to availability.
Please do not disturb
Don’t want to be disturbed? Simply hang the “Do not disturb” sign on the outside of your room door and inform reception if you don’t want to take any calls.
Please note that the room can only be cleaned until 13:00.
Stamps
Would you like to share your holiday in beautiful Kufstein with your family and friends? You can get franking labels for domestic and international post and small parcels at reception.
Bike and ski depot
On the 1st floor you will find our own bike (summer) and ski (winter) storage room.
Bike hire
You can easily hire a bike from “Radverleih Kufstein” (approx. 5 min walk) at Kienbergerstraße 3.
Breakfast
Enjoy our breakfast buffet daily from 7:00 to 10:30 a.m. at Vitus & Urban.
Guest card
Your guest card (KufsteinerlandCard) is available on request at reception. It gives you discounted or free admission to many tourist attractions!
Luggage
If you want to enjoy our town of Kufstein a little longer on the day of your departure, you are welcome to leave your luggage at reception.
Hotel bar
Wine|art – in our hip hotel bar Vitus & Urban we serve you freshly baked snacks and hip drinks.
Opening hours: Tuesday to Saturday from 17:00 to 23:00

Hotel–Boutique
Forgot your toothbrush, toothpaste or shaving kit at home? No problem – you can get a free toothbrush and shaving set at reception.
Dogs
For stays of up to 3 nights, we charge a cleaning fee of € 10.00 per day for your four-legged friend. From a stay of 3 nights, the cleaning fee is € 30.00 per stay. We ask you to always keep your dog on a lead in public hotel areas. More about holidays with dogs at the arte Hotel Kufstein.
Lift
For safety reasons, the lifts to all room floors are locked. You will therefore need your room card every time you travel upstairs. Please hold it in front of the small black card reader and then select your floor.
Minibar
Minibar consumption is checked daily and charged at reception on departure.
Parking garage
You can park your vehicle in the public underground car park “Kulturquartier” below the hotel for a fee. Please bring your entry ticket to reception before the first exit to have it registered and use the ticket to enter and exit the car park during your stay. Please do not take a new ticket!
Smoking
We are a non-smoking hotel, it is not permitted to smoke on the premises. You are welcome to use the ashtray in front of the hotel or on the terrace on the 4th floor.
Reception
Are you looking for a good restaurant, a hairdresser, a suitable excursion destination or do you have any other questions about the hotel or the surrounding area? We are currently available for you at reception every day from 7:00 to 20:00.
Safe
We recommend storing your cash and valuables in your room safe. You will find the operating instructions in the safe.
Wellness and fitness
Your room card gives you access to the Sky SPA on the 4th floor during opening hours.
Telephone
For an overhead line, please dial “0” and then the desired number. You will be billed at reception on the day of departure. We will be happy to put calls through to your room.
You can reach reception and the Vitus & Urban via the speed dialling keys.
Linen change
For the sake of the environment, we only change your towels if you want us to. Leave the hand and shower towels on the floor. We also change the bed linen automatically every 4th day.
Wake-up call
You can set up a wake-up call yourself on the phone. First select “Wake-up call” and confirm with “ok”, then you can enter the time. If you would like a friendly and personalised wake-up call, please let us know at reception by 16:00 the day before.
WLAN
To use our hotel’s free WiFi, please log into the “artehotels” network and open the browser. Enter the password welcome and confirm.
Room cards
Please always carry your cards with you to take the lift to your floor.
Your room cards are coded until 11:00 on your day of departure. If you are extending your stay with us, please bring the cards to reception.
Room bill
Please settle your bill at reception on the day of departure. We will be happy to charge your consumption in our wine bar to your room, but please don’t forget to check and sign the bill.
