Departure
We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 am.
Would you like a late check-out? We can arrange this for an additional charge and subject to availability.
Doctor / dentist
We will be happy to provide you with information about the general practitioners and dentists in our city at reception.
Bathrobe
You can borrow a bathrobe from reception for a deposit of €30.
Please do not disturb
Don’t want to be disturbed? Simply hang the “Do not disturb” sign on the outside of your room door and inform reception if you don’t want to take any calls.
Please note that the room can only be cleaned until 3.00 pm.
Breakfast
Enjoy our breakfast buffet on weekdays from 6.30 am to 10.00 am (on weekends and public holidays from 7.00 am to 10.00 am).
Our breakfast buffet is located in the basement/lobby
Fitness room
Your room card gives you free access to our fitness room and sauna around the clock. These are located on the 7th floor.
Luggage
You can also spend the whole day relaxing in Linz on your arrival and departure day.
You are welcome to leave your luggage at reception free of charge.
Hotel bar
In our hip lobby & bar we serve freshly baked snacks and hip drinks.
Opening hours: Monday till Friday from 7.00 to 23.30 Uhr | Saturday, Sunday and holidays 7.30 – 22.00

Hotel–Boutique
If you have forgotten something at home, we will be happy to help you at the reception: toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, hairbrush, etc..
Dogs
You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you – for an additional € 20 per night. We ask that you always keep your dog on a lead in public areas of the hotel. We are happy to provide you with a food bowl, blanket and treats for your four-legged friend. There are numerous walking and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. More information about your vacation with your dog in Linz!
Lift
For safety reasons, the lifts to all room floors are locked. You will therefore need your room card every time you travel upstairs. Please hold it in front of the small black card reader and then select your floor. You do not need a room card for the public areas.
Minibar
A minibar is available in every room for small appetites and thirsts.
Parking garage
The garage below the hotel offers the possibility to park your car for € 17,- per night. Reservation is not possible. Our in-house e-charging station is available free of charge.
Smoking
We are a non-smoking hotel. You are welcome to smoke in front of the hotel or on our terrace.
Reception
Are you looking for a good restaurant, a hairdresser, a suitable excursion destination or do you have any other questions about the hotel or the surrounding area? We will be happy to help you at reception.
Safe
We recommend storing your cash and valuables in your room safe.
Linz Card
The Linz Card is available at reception for a fee. It is a ticket for public transport – plus you get discounted or free entry to many attractions!
Sauna
Your room card gives you access to the wellness area on the 7th floor during opening hours. Use of the sauna is possible between 14:00 and 22:00. Please let us know approx. 20 – 30 minutes before you would like to use the sauna and we will be happy to switch it on for you.
Laundry service
The hotel does not offer a laundry service.
Linen change
For the sake of the environment, we only change your towels if you want us to. Leave the hand and shower towels on the floor. We change your bed linen and towels automatically every 3rd day.
WLAN
To use the free WiFi of our hotel, please log in to the “artehotels” network, the browser must now open. Enter the password welcome and confirm.
Room cards
Please always carry your cards with you to take the lift to your floor.
Your room cards are coded until 11 a.m. on your day of departure. If you are extending your stay with us, please bring the cards to reception.
