But what would a jazz brunch be without the right musical accompaniment? The wonderful Eva Gold Trio will accompany you through the Sunday morning and ensure that music connoisseurs get their money’s worth. For over 20 years, the Augsburg-based Eva Gold, musician, speaker, presenter and gallery owner, has been performing on stage in many shapes and colours: “I love to delve into characters, experiences and moments,” she says. With her versatile voice, she transforms songs by Britpop bands such as Blur or the Icelandic icon Björk into rousing jazz chansons – an experience that would also have inspired greats such as Frank Sinatra or Ella Fitzgerald. She is accompanied by top-class musicians: Jonas Hermes, a trained jazz bassist with experience ranging from garage rock to blues and singer-songwriter projects, and Tom “Tornado” Jahn, who has earned his reputation as a brilliant pianist with LaBrassBanda and the Monika Roscher Bigband, among others.

It’s not just the music that will be outstanding on this day – our delicious brunch buffet also leaves nothing to be desired: Fresh, regional products, creatively prepared and lovingly presented, ensure the perfect start to the day. From classics such as egg dishes, fresh baked goods and exquisite cold meats and cheeses to sweet temptations such as fresh fruit and delicious desserts – there is something for every taste. We also serve coffee, tea, refreshing juices or sparkling wine.
