Our new arte Hotel Salzburg, which opened in spring 2019, is located right next to the train station and just 10 minutes from the city centre. The building is an impressive steel, concrete and glass structure and offers a breathtaking view of the historic city centre and the surrounding area.
Especially the breakfast on the 15th floor and a drink in the evening in the rooftop bar hu:goes14 with roof terrace (only open in summer in good weather) on the 16th floor will leave a unique impression.
There is an underground car park below the hotel with 40 parking spaces. We favour arriving by train: you save yourself the city traffic, travel more ecologically and walk out of the main station and after a few steps straight back into the hotel. You can sit back and relax in our Trainspotting Lounge and watch the trains go by.
You can reach Mirabellplatz in 10 minutes on foot, from there you can walk via Markatsteg directly into Getreidegasse. This means that the arte Hotel Salzburg is also ideally located for the Salzburg Festival.
