Departure
We ask you to vacate the room by 12:00 noon.
Would you like a late check-out? We can arrange this for an extra charge and subject to availability.
Doctor / dentist
We will be happy to provide you with information about the general practitioners and dentists in our city at reception.
Bathrobe
You can borrow a bathrobe from reception for free.
Please do not disturb
Don’t want to be disturbed? Simply hang the “Do not disturb” sign on the outside of your room door and inform reception if you don’t want to take any calls.
Please note that the room can only be cleaned until 16:00.
Breakfast
Enjoy our breakfast buffet daily from 7:00 am to 10:00 am (weekends and public holidays until 11:00 am) on the 15th floor – our “Gallery”.
Fitness room
Your room card gives you free access to our gym around the clock. This is located on the 2nd floor.
Luggage
You can also spend the whole day relaxing in Salzburg on your arrival and departure day! You are welcome to leave your luggage at reception – free of charge, of course.
Hotel bar
Hugo|wine|beer – in our modern hotel bar hu:goes14 on the 14th floor, we serve freshly baked snacks and trendy drinks.

Hotel–Boutique
If you have forgotten something at home, our hotel boutique may have something for you: toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shaving foam and much more can be purchased from the vending machine at reception.
Dogs
You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you – for an additional € 25 per stay. We ask that you always keep your dog on a lead in public areas of the hotel. More about vacation with dogs at the arte Hotel Salzburg.
Lift
For safety reasons, the lifts to all room floors are locked. You will therefore need your room card every time you travel upstairs. Please hold it in front of the small black card reader and then select your floor. You do not need a room card for the public areas.
Minibar
A minibar is available in every room to satisfy hunger and thirst. Drinks and snacks are included daily. #GetTogether
Parking garage
The garage below the hotel offers the possibility to park your car for € 20,- per night. Reservation is not possible. For entry and exit, please give your licence plate number to reception.
Smoking
We are a non-smoking hotel. You are welcome to smoke outside the hotel.
Reception
Are you looking for a good restaurant, a hairdresser, a suitable excursion destination or do you have any other questions about the hotel or the surrounding area? We are happy to help you around the clock at reception!
Safe
We recommend storing your cash and valuables in your room safe.
Salzburg Card
The Salzburg Card is available at reception for a fee. It is a ticket for public transport – plus you get discounted or free entry to many attractions!
Sauna & infrared cabin
Your room card gives you access to the wellness area on the 2nd floor during opening hours. Use of the sauna and infrared cabin is possible between 14:00 and 23:00. Please let us know approx. 20 – 30 minutes before you would like to use the sauna and we will be happy to switch it on for you.
Telephone
For an overhead line, please dial “0” and then the desired number. You will be billed at reception on the day of departure. The cost for telephone calls is € 3,- per minute. We are happy to put calls through to your room.
You can reach reception by dialling 9505. You can also arrange an automatic wake-up call. If you would like a friendly and personalised wake-up call, please let us know at reception, we will be happy to do so!
Kettle
You are welcome to borrow a kettle from reception for a deposit of € 20.
Laundry service
The hotel does not offer a laundry service.
The launderette “My Laundry” is approx. 900 metres from the hotel and is open daily from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. We will be happy to show you the way at reception.
Linen change
For the sake of the environment, we only change your towels if you want us to. Leave the hand and shower towels on the floor. We change your bed linen and towels automatically every 3rd day.
WLAN
To use the free WiFi of our hotel, please log in to the “artehotels” network, the browser must now open. Enter the password welcome and confirm.
Room cards
Please always carry your cards with you to take the lift to your floor.
Your room cards are coded until 12:00 on your day of departure. If you are extending your stay with us, please bring your cards to reception.
