Room
Yes, on request and subject to availability in the ROCK category. Our artists at the reception are always available for enquiries!
Extra beds are not available. Baby cots for children up to 2 years are available free of charge subject to availability. Children from 0-5 years in their parents’ bed are free of charge. For children aged 6 and over, we recommend booking a separate bed for the children and booking our triple room category for 3 people and family room for 4 people.
For children up to 2 years, baby cots including baby bed linen are available free of charge on request and subject to availability.
Depending on the season, we cool or heat the room. The intensity can be set individually on each device in the room.
In the CLASSIC and JAZZ categories, the beds can be separated on request.
Triple and family rooms can be booked.
Our POP rooms are particularly popular for their location on the 4th floor and facing the courtyard. Each category can be requested to face the courtyard, subject to availability.
Minibars are available in every room to satisfy hunger and thirst. The consumption of the minibar drinks is read daily and charged at reception on departure. There are also vending machines and a 24-hour hotel bar.
You can borrow a kettle for your room free of charge from reception. Hot water is also available around the clock at the hotel bar and hot and cold drinks from the bar can be purchased around the clock.
Our family rooms offer space for four people and are available with separate or one large bedroom. On request and subject to availability, we are happy to make adjoining rooms possible.
The room is cleaned daily from the 2nd day of your stay. If you do not want any service, “Do not Disturb” signs are available. Please note that the room can only be cleaned until 15:30.
General
Reception is staffed around the clock and the main entrance to the hotel is open 24 hours a day. Our artists are available around the clock for questions, requests and recommendations!
The APCOA public car park is connected to the hotel and offers the possibility to park your car for € 18.00 per 24 hours. A reservation is not necessary, just take a ticket when you enter the car park and keep it, you can park wherever there is space. The lifts to the hotel lobby are on the blue level near D4.
Your room will be ready for you from 15:00 on the day of arrival. We are happy to arrange an earlier check-in free of charge, subject to availability. If your room is not yet ready, it is always possible to leave your luggage with us free of charge and check in later.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11:00. It is possible to store your luggage with us and to leave your car in the garage for longer.
You can use our free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and in your room.
Our Tunes&Breakfast serves an extensive buffet on weekdays from 7:00 to 10:30, on weekends and public holidays until 11:00. It is also possible to book breakfast on the same day. Coffee, tea and soft drinks are available around the clock at our lobby bar.
Our receptionists are happy to recommend our favourite restaurants within walking distance and throughout Vienna.
All indoor areas of the hotel are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in the open-air courtyard of the lobby and the outdoor areas of the terrace rooms.
Direct bookings via telephone, e-mail and website can be cancelled free of charge up to 15:00 1 day before arrival.
