Arrival
Your room will be ready for you from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
Departure
We ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 am.
Would you like a late check-out? We can arrange this for a surcharge and subject to availability.
Pharmacy
The nearest pharmacy is in Lugner City on the ground floor. We will be happy to provide you with information at reception about pharmacies with an emergency service at night or on public holidays.
Doctor
We will be happy to provide you with information about general practitioners and hospitals at reception.
Bar in the lobby lounge
Coffee | tea | wine | beer | cocktails & more – we serve drinks around the clock in our modern hotel bar. You are also welcome to take your favourite drink to your room!
Please do not disturb
Don’t want to be disturbed? Simply hang the “Do not disturb” sign on the outside of your room door and inform reception if you don’t want to take any calls.
Please note that the room can only be cleaned until 15:30.
Stamps
Would you like to share your holiday in beautiful Vienna with your family and friends?
You can obtain franking labels for domestic and international post and small parcels at reception.
Iron & ironing board
Just ask at reception: we will be happy to bring an iron and ironing board to your room – free of charge, of course!
Bike hire
You can hire a Vienna City Bike at some underground stations.
The first hour of each journey is always free!
You can register online at www.citybikewien.at or directly at a City Bike station. To register directly at a station, you will need a debit card or credit card.
Breakfast
Enjoy our breakfast buffet daily from 7:00 to 10:30 am (weekends and public holidays until 11:00 am) on the 2nd floor in the Tunes & Breakfast.
Luggage
You can also spend the whole day relaxing in Salzburg on your arrival and departure day! You are welcome to leave your luggage at reception – free of charge, of course.
Hotel–Boutique
If you have forgotten something at home, our hotel boutique may have something for you: toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shaving foam and much more can be purchased at reception.
Dogs
You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you – for an additional € 20 per stay. We ask that you always keep your dog on a lead in public areas of the hotel. More about vacation with your dog at the arte Hotel Wien.
Lift
For safety reasons, the lifts to all room floors are locked. You will therefore need your room card every time you travel upstairs. Please hold it in front of the small black card reader and then select your floor.
Minibar
Is available in every room for the small hunger and thirst. The consumption of minibar drinks is read daily and charged at reception on departure.
Parking garage
The public APCOA garage below the hotel offers the possibility to park your car for a price of € 18.00 per 24 hours. If you have driven in and only want to leave the garage again to check out, please keep your entry ticket and we can settle it when you check out. If you want to drive in and out, please take your entry ticket to reception to have it registered and then use the hotel garage card to drive in and out during your stay. Please do not take a new ticket if you drive into the garage again and already have a hotel ticket! If you have any questions, our artists at reception are always happy to help!
Smoking
We are a non-smoking hotel. You are welcome to use our inner courtyard next to the bar. In case of non-compliance with the smoking ban in our house and the rooms, we reserve the right to charge € 150,- special cleaning fee. In the event of a fire brigade call-out, we will charge the person responsible for the call-out € 800 or more.

Are you looking for a good restaurant, a hairdresser, a suitable excursion destination or do you have any other questions about the hotel or the surrounding area? We are happy to help you around the clock at reception!
Safe
We recommend storing your cash and valuables in your room safe.
If you need help opening the safe, our reception will be happy to assist you!
Telephone
For a free line, please dial “0” and then the desired number. You will be billed at reception on the day of departure. We will be happy to put calls through to your room.
You can reach reception by dialling 501 . You can also arrange an automatic wake-up call. If you would like a friendly and personalised wake-up call, please let us know at reception, we will be happy to do so!
Kettle
You can borrow a kettle for your room free of charge from reception!
Laundry service
The hotel does not offer a laundry service. Information about laundries in our neighbourhood is available at reception.
Linen change
For the sake of the environment, we only change your towels if you want us to. Leave the hand and shower towels on the floor. We change your bed linen and towels automatically every 3rd day.
ViennaCityCard and tickets
The Vienna Card can be purchased at reception. It is a ticket for public transport – plus you get discounted admission to many attractions and restaurants!
Hop On Hop Off buses, sightseeing tours and concert tickets from our selected partners are also available at our reception and we are always happy to help with any questions or requests!
WLAN
To use our hotel’s free WiFi, please log into the “artehotels” network and open the browser. Enter the password welcome and confirm.
Newspapers
You will find the latest daily newspapers in our breakfast room and at reception. After reading them, we ask you to bring them back.
Room cards
Please always carry your cards with you to take the lift to your floor.
Your room cards are coded until 11:00 on your day of departure. If you are extending your stay with us, please bring the cards to reception.
